Sula designt, produziert und vertreibt hochwertige Heimtextilien und -objekte im unteren Luxussegment. Die Firma, deren Hauptmarkt aktuell die Schweiz ist, möchte künftig in weiteren Märkten wachsen. Die Betreuung des Lagers und die Abwicklung des Versands sind elementare Bestandteile von unserer Geschäftstätigkeit.

Was du machst: Du bist verantwortlich für den Versand und bewirtschaftest das interne Lager.

Die konkreten Tätigkeiten sind:
• Versand der online und Händlerbestellungen national und international
• Verantwortung des Lagers und des Showrooms (Ordnung und Bestände)
• Koordinieren und entgegennehmen von Lieferungen
• Betreuung der Import und Exportsendungen
• Einholen von Offerten bei unseren nationalen und internationalen Versandanbietern
• Bestellwesen Verpackungs- und Büromaterial
• Ausliefern von Bestellungen im Raum Zürich (Führerausweis B1 erforderlich)
• Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Produktions- und Salesverantwortlichen

Wer du bist: Du bist pro-aktiv, selbständig und arbeitest sehr genau. Du hast Deutsch und englisch Kenntnisse, kennst dich mit den gängigen Office Programmen aus und hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit einem Warenwirtschaftsprogramm (z.B. Bexio). Du bist ein Allrounder, kannst anpacken und bist motiviert deine Kenntnisse in einem ambitionierten Team einzubringen.

Sula designs, produces, and distributes high-quality home textiles and objects in the lower luxury segment. The company, which is mainly operating in Switzerland, would like to grow in other markets in the future. Managing the warehouse and the handling of the shipping are essential parts of our business.

What you do: You are responsible for shipping orders and managing the warehouse.

The specific activities are:
• Shipping of online and retail orders nationally and internationally
• Responsibility of the warehouse and the showroom (order and stock management)
• Coordinate and receive deliveries
• Coordinate import and export shipments
• Obtaining quotes from our national and international shipping providers
• Ordering of packaging and office material
• Delivering orders in the Zurich area (B1 driver’s license required)
• Cooperation with our production and sales managers

Who you are: You are pro-active, independent, and work very accurately. You speak German and English, are familiar with the common Office programs and have experience in using an inventory control program (e.g. Bexio). You are an all-rounder, can tackle and are motivated to bring your knowledge into an ambitious team.
