Quality & Care Guide

VACUUM FREQUENTLY
Our carpets are made of acrylic yarn. Especially in the beginning, they can lose surplus fibers; this will gradually diminish. We recommend you to vacuum the carpet regularly, as it is the best cleaning method to get rid of loose dirt and dust. Vacuuming also removes dents caused by furniture and bring the fibers to stand back up. Clip loose fibers, don‘t pull them.
REMOVE STAINS IMMEDIATELY
For best results, remove stains immediately. The longer a stain sits on the carpet, the harder it is to get out. we recommend to gently scrape dry stains off and vacuum the remainings. Take care not to damage the fibres. Remove wet stains by laying kitchen roll on the stain. Then use lukewarm water on a cloth or sponge. Dampen the stain, soak up the water and then repeat the process until the stain is gone. Be careful not to wet the carpet too much. Do never rub the stain, as this makes it more difficult to remove and will result in damaged fibres.
RUG MAINTENANCE
Your carpet is designed to last for many years, but it will not do so without proper carpet care. For the best clean, it‘s smart to get on a carpet cleaning schedule with a professional carpet cleaning company. These experts have the right equipment and know-how to properly clean and protect your carpet so it lasts as long as possible.
