Returns

Sula GmbH will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and agreement. The buyer has 14 days from the arrival date of the package to return the purchase for a full refund. The product(s) must be in full original condition, undamaged and unused for a return. Refunds will be credited back via the original payment method. Shipping costs and import taxes (VAT) will not be refunded. The costs for the return shipment are to be borne by the customer. Sale items are excluded from returns and can not be exchanged. Custom carpets which are made to order are excluded from returns.
