Returns

We hope that you like our products and that they arrive in perfect condition. If this is not the case, you have 14 days from the arrival date of the package to return the purchase for a refund. We only accept returned merchandise with prior written communication and agreement. The product(s) must be in full original condition, undamaged and unused for a return. Refunds will be credited back via the original payment method. Shipping costs and import taxes (VAT) will not be refunded. The costs for the return shipment are to be borne by the customer. Sale items are excluded from returns and can not be exchanged. Custom carpets which are made to order are excluded from returns.
