DELIVERY

Delivery shall be made directly to the postal address indicated by the buyer at the time of placing the order. Estimated delivery lead times for home accessories: Switzerland 3–5 working days, EU 5–7 working days, International 10–14 working days.

Carpets that are not in stock will be ordered. Production takes between 12-14 weeks followed by the delivery times: Switzerland 3–5 working days, EU 5–7 working days, International 10–14 working days.

Delivery lead times shall be given as a guide only. In individual cases, changes or delays might occur. The delivery times shall have no contract value and shall not in any way invoke the liability of Sula GmbH. We are not liable in the event of the package being stolen or lost. Only our carpet orders are sent by registered mail.
