Q: Who do you trust more, your gut or your heart?
Nadja: My gut.
Q: Where do you see Sula longterm?
Nadja: I want Sula to be niche, but also a household name, known for good design and for its custom services. I want to keep a small but successful team and have a work environment where people can thrive.
Q: Are there any specific projects in the pipeline?
Nadja: We have our Christmas products coming out soon and we are of course working on all the collections for 2025.
Q: What assets are important for a good creative director in your opinion?
Nadja: To be interested in many different things in life, in culture, be open minded and stay curious. And to not take everything too serious. It is important to keep having fun in work and life.
Q: How does a usual work day look like in the studio?
Nadja: We are a small team, so we all have lunch together and many, many meetings and conversations. We usually go for a little sweet dessert in the afternoon.
Q: Tell us about a personal goal you have for Sula. What would that be?
Nadja: To be known outside of the Swiss borders. To put Swiss design on a different map. And to be able to sustain my team.
